I believe that God is simply the Power of Love. So yes - I've felt It's presence many times! Anytime I choose to, actually. It's great!

I have felt the presence of God many times, when I was first saved I felt his presence, it felt as if he took everyone one of my burdens away and all that was left was this feeling of hope and that everything was o.k. I have felt his presence in prayer, when I felt my whole world was crumbling and his presence was there letting me know I was safe and his comfort was there for me, I feel Gods presence, if you seek him with all your heart and except him as savior you can too.

I experience God's physical presence at least once a week, and his spiritual presence several times each day.

Yes, and it was not at all a projection of my mind.
I came to Christ 40 years ago when I realized that He was living and present in the room (I was a pantheist at the time).
Many times since then I have felt God's presence. at times when I had a need, at other times when He wanted to direct me on a new path.
One of the times I felt it most strongly was when I was very angry with Him. I expressed it to Him, in a not very religious way, and I suddenly felt He was there, consoling me.

Yes, there were a time I should have been dead when I had a car accident and I walked away with a totaled car and no scratch on myself. I believed he was watching out for me, especially when I ignored the bad feeling I had inside to not make the road trip and to turn around and go back home. After I ignored the warning he gave me to feel when something bad was going to happen. He still saved me when I had a car accident. I didn't have a car anymore, but, I still had my life.

no one can know what god's presence feels like so it's akin to asking a blind person if they prefer blue or red. some will say that its a powerful feeling and go on a diatribe about how amazing it is to be in the presence of god. but it can't be true. we just can't know what that would feel like.

yea, or at least i've experienced what actual Christians might feel in the 'presence of God'.

that is working under CONSTANT supervision. this god was quiet, observant and non-punishing, but 'it' still watched every move and made me work like a good, wholesome person.

i almost enjoyed it, but realized it wasn't something i'd need everyday. and using it just when you think you need it, and giving nothing back in return is kind of abuse, doncha think?
