I am in 8th grade and I know she likes me but i just get nervous plus i'm broke so i can't go anywhere

Write her a letter. It's usually less nerve racking to hand someone a letter than ask them out. If you're broke do something free. Go to a park and just chat or make her dinner yourself. Those things are pretty much free and extremely romantic. She'll love it.

Don't mind the penniless thing, you don't really need money.
Just take any pretext you have: Homework, school project, dance... just make sure you don't stutter, and have the thing figured out beforehand.
One more thing: Don't you ever get sad if she refuses... just say something funny that makes her feel she should go out with you or be good with you... e.g: "I always knew you thought I was ugly..." she'll most likely answer "No! You're not!!" and you can continue a conversation.
Wait till some good pretext comes by and ask her out again (not within the same week, though; it'd look as if you were stalking her or something)

Start with simple conversation like "what are you up to this weekend". You dont need money to hang out. You can go to the mall and share an ice cream sunday or just hang out. Get to know her first either over phone or in person and see if she is interested. Good luck!

you broke?dang that's one way of starting off a relationship,YOU NEED MONEY,but back to the question,just be yo self,take a risk and get some money you might want to go on a date than you ain't gone have no money.but you can start it out slow and go to the park and chill or go on a study date

all you have to do is ask her. if you know that she likes you then thats good so at least you know that you won't be rejected.
its not that hard. just find her at tell her that you need to talk to her and so somewhere quite and then asked her....
