its an easier goal than you would think, you just need dedication. Just start by not snacking, and eating less at meals. by no means starve yourself, but eating less will make a difference. Next, go out running for maybe 30 minutes a day. It works like a charm, but you have to run 6 out of 7 days a week. My brother did this and lost 50 pounds in 2 months. Hes now in great shape. Good luck!

Use the combination of eating right, resistance and cardio training. Try to use the food consumptions % as followed. Carbs 40%, protein 40% and fats 20% every day. Use weight lifts that use the most muscle mass as well as body weight exercises that you would be performing in boot camp. Also cardio, use maybe a boot camp running program to prepare yourself. Good luck DEVIL DOG!!

Join Weight Watchers. You eat normal food and learn to eat correctly to keep your weight down. It's not a diet. It's a way of life and it works. I lost 40 lbs. Hubby lost 60 lbs. 10 years ago.
