I hope you're not talking about in the work place. Good girls like to be rewarded in lots of nice ways besides a pat on the head, back or lower regions. We also like it when Daddy is really really good.

What you are doing is degrading. A pat on the shoulder, and a "nice job" might be okay, but *never* a "good girl*. "Good girl" is something that you would say to a pet, not a human.

a pat on the head is as degrading as a slap on the bottom. Just pat her on her back while you say 'good girl'
If she's really swell, say 'a VERY good girl' and if she's good but a bit mischevious then say 'daddy's girl'
