Start using Extra Virgin Olive oil
Put a few drops in your palm and rub it untill your hand has a very light sheen
Then rub your hands through your hair
the hair will absorb the oil and wont be greesy unless you use to much
Do this everday untill your hair starts to show signs of health again

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest form of Vitamin E and is a powerful natural moisturizer-

Make sure its extra pure virgin olive oil and not the regular kind

Also another great tip is to stay away from Shampoos that have an ingrediant called SLS (sodium laurel sulfate )
This ingrediant is extremely drying to your hair and scalp. Almost every shampoo has this ingrediant even themost expensive proffessional salon brands

The only brand that I found to be the least drying to hair is good old Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo (not the generic brand)
I know its not a Fab Brand Name but it is the best shampoo you can put on your hair. It is perfectly PH balance and will not dry your hair or scalp out-

I take very hot showers & I have long hair, it's okay, as long as you take care of it outside the shower. 1 thing that is a miricacle is called 'placenta', and that's ust what it is. Go t a beauty suppy store-Sallys Beauty Suppy- and ask for 'Placenta' in the small brown and white packets. Put it on in the shower after you shampoo, then leave it on for 3 minutes, then wash out. If you you really want the full monty, put it in, get out of the shower & use a hair dryer for 5 minutes. Get back in the shower & wash out. Thias works with other 'deep' conditioners. Good luck.

I'm not sure pal...
I'm also having the same problem....
But, for me what's more important is to keep your hair styled...
With hair gel or wet look cream...
