I don't know, but last night I tried the biore nose strips...never again. my nose is bruised today. i posted something on it earlier. I have clearisal pore minimizing exfoliator with sea salt. That works well and doesn't leave marks. There is also a tool that you can purchase to extract blackheads. It is a metal rod with two wire loops at either end. I know that you can get them at Ulta.

Hot water and apple cider vinager
The apple cider vinager will loosen dead oily plogged skin and then releasing the black heads
First rinse the face with warm water and then dab the apple cider vinager gently over your face. Leave the vinager dry on your face.
In a day or two your skin will clear up
Avaid squeezing the blackheads if they are not ready !
Apple cider vinager will improve your complexion, help stop zits and bring out black heads. It will also balance your complexion to a good PH Level.
I know it may smell bad, but it works
Organic apple cider Vinager is the best verses regular filtered super market brand. Do a google search on Braggs Apple Cider Vinager

Combine 1/4 cup boiling water with one teaspoon epsom salt and 3 drops of iodine. let this cool until its comfortableto touch. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and then dab it on the blackheads. This will loosen the blackheads enough to be EASILY squeezed or be wiped away. ( It is okay to squeez them but do it gently with a tissue on your nails so you dont break the skin)

my sis told me to pop it cause it's only dirt. 1st you put a hot cloth where your black head is or when your in the shower stand under the shower with hot water but i recommend you use a hot paper towel it's easier and faster. Then hold it on your skin for a while. Next look in the mirror and sqeeze it hard it should come out then. I also heard that baby powder is good for pimples and i tried it on my black head and it was gone.

DO NOT POP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go to walgreens and get astringent- minty moentholy liquid. use it for 2-5 days. it works for me. clearacil doesnt work!!!
