In MS WORD, can you pause a MACRO to insert variable keyboard info and then resume playing the MACRO?

I can get the MACRO to pause but cannot enter variables then resume playing the rest of the MACRO.

No, the best way to do it is to record it as best you can, and then edit the macro and modify the macro after.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, but perhaps the "InputBox" function is what you are looking for.

It will display a message, ask for a reply, and then set that reply to a string or variable.
