I have caught guys staring at me because I see them look away quickly. But what does it mean when they don't look away? And then call their fiance right after? BTW, I don't know this guy.

It depends on who is staring. Some people just do that and it doesn't mean anything. Without having a mind reading device it's impossible to know.

I'd say he definitely likes you and is either trying to drop you a hint or is inexperienced. Tot those of you above who say he's creepy because he doesn't smile/is neutral: You don't even know him! Don't judge people you don't know, especially if you don't have the full story... I had someone who liked me before. He'd always stare straight at me without wavering. I'm not sure what it meant, but it was definitely intended to be a sign that he liked me. I've never had anyone else do that, so it's probably not a coincidence. If you happen to pass by him, greet him. You don't have to talk to him if you're uncomfortable. Just say "hey" or "hi" and smile or something. Try to interpret his reaction. If he smiles back or looks you in the eye, you can be pretty much 100% sure.

How do you know they are calling their fiances'? What if they are calling a friend...?
Maybe you are wearing something a little revealing and they are commenting on it (or they don't wanna look away).
If you wear clothes that attract attention, you have to learn to accept it.
If you are wearing acceptable clothing and they are still staring and calling ppl once they look away...
honestly... you probably are really FAT. & they want to share the news or stare at a wonder, few ppl see in their lives.

It could mean anything, there is no universal reason to stare. Maybe he thinks you are cute, that is surely a possibility...or maybe he is a sociopath and much more socially inept than you, so much so that he can't tell that staring is rude. Maybe he is viewing you with contempt and cares so little about what you think about him that he feels free to stare.
It could just be anything at all.

How do you know he called his fiance? Maybe he was having a moment of spaciness and he wasn't "actually" staring at you but through you. I've done that before. And I understand the whole socially inept thing.........
ORRRR maybe you had a booger hanging out of your nose? One never knows unless one asks.

He probably thought you were really HOT!! I just had this happen to me last week...the guy finally ended up talking to me...and said he thought i was really cute...but then i find out from some one else he had a live in girlfriend...what a dog!!

It means he is rude, and is greatly lacking in social skills. Don't lose any sleep over it, because he is the one with the problem.

It could mean anything from lusting, they want to get to know you better, etc. to they may think they may know. There is really no way of knowing definitely without conversation. If he has a fiancee and he does want to get to know you, I suggest that you run, VERY FAST. If he will do it to her, he will do it to you. May God Bless

All that means is that he's DEFINITELY not shy and he doesn't care what you think if he's staring at you lol. He most be interested or curious about you at the least. Unless he was staring at someone behing you lol
