No... but what you did was wrong...
Your friend probably wasn't looking to see if the girl was "suited" for him or not... he was looking for a little bit of approval...
What you did was crush him (emotionally), kill a friendship, and put into question any girlfriends of any friends you will ever have...
What you did wasn't well thought out... and was grossly negligent... no one should ever do things to others... especially friends... that we know will hurt them...

It all depends on your intention and next step. If...

1) you did this to show your friend she was bad for him and never plan to date this girl then no. You were a good friend. There were better ways you could have handled it, but you were helping a friend.

2) you did this to win the girl from him and you date her then yes. You are a horrible person and friend. That's breaking so many guy laws it's sad. That makes you a jerk.

What to do

Case 1) Make sure your friend knows your reason and apologize. Stay away from the girl and you may save a friendship.

Case 2) You are screwed. You can kiss that friendship good-bye. You took I girl and made her more important then a friend. You might has well stay with the girl but you never know if she'll make out with another of your friends in front of you one day.

Good Luck.

Yes you are, you can't make out with your friend's girlfriend. Especially when he's right there. This sounds weird the way I put it, but you're being unfaithful to your friend. He probably won't even consider you as a friend anymore, going off and kissing his girl like that. How rude and displeasing is that - I can't begin to explain. Go out on your limbs to profess the depression and bewilderment you have for this concept and also tell the girl what you two did was completely inapprorpriate and something you can't ever do again - no matter what circumstance.

If you were my friend the kiss would have lasted for about 1 sec. followed up by a short stay in the local hospital.

Dude, you kissed your friend's girlfriend. You should have at least asked him before you did it, instead of saying "I'll prove it to you" and kissed her for three minutes.
I'm not saying ur a bad person...just that your friend might be a little mad.

Considering that he was your friend and you knew she liked you.... YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT. THat was completely mean, and rude, and innapropriate. Whether you are a bad person... I cannot say. But, that was a bad thing and you should feel bad.

Good luck to you and your friendship with the guy.

Interesting way of dealing with your friend's issue....May-be not the most appropriate but doesn't make you a bad person.

Well done. There's not many people who would risk a friendship in this way; some people would probably have said 'yeah sure' to spare their friends' feelings.
