well i really like this guy and i have from 1 year. we are friends and he asked me if i liked him and i said i that i did kinda. i watched a movie with him and my friend and i was happy (duh) but he is asking out this other girl. now i know this happens alot but it happens al the time to me. what kind of girls do guys like?

boys are just like girls, they dont have the "type", its like saying every girls looking for tall dark and handsome, some of us are looking for tall and blonde hell some of us like shorties. in other words theres no formulae doll, just be who you are and the right boy the one whos really worhtit will be so crazy over you, hed die for you. it will happen this one just wasnt it and thats okay because us women are survivors and you will get through this and then find the ONE! dont fight the pain let it come and let it pass

Don't think it's you. First of all, if you really want to be with a guy, the only way to have a lasting relationship is if you are yourself. Don't try to be these other girls. Guys can see through that. Sometimes..haha. But don't be so shy about it either. It's hard, expecially the first time, but just go right up to the guy you like-when he doesn't have a girlfriend-and say you would like to hang out with him, or get to know him, or wonder if he would like to go on a date with you?
The only thing you would do is hide behind yourself thinking you aren't good enough or that something is wrong with you. don't. Just be confident in who you are and don't be afraid to try new things!

well first of all you had your chance with him. He gave you a hint. When guys ask girls questions like that they are looking for the answer YES or NO. kinda, was probably his way of thinkin you dont want to hurt his feelings. Im sure your the type of gurl that guys like you just have to show a guy you like him if you are not sure he likes you

He sounds like a dork if you ask me and if he was with you and now after another he is unsure of himself and a bit insecure about being with a nice young girl that may like him...drop the dork, it is not you and believe me you will meet the right guy sometime and you will know for sure...you are too young to worry about this crap anyway..

be straight forward, not 'yea kinda'... dont be shy... i know how it is, happens all the time to me too.. but i know those are 2 things that should help....
... lately it seems like all guys care bout is themselves, which is pretty true... i think im at a point where im just givin up on even tryng to hang out, and even get the chance to get to know the guy, cause ive faced my shy fear, and asked a few guys, and they dont seem to want to, and dont answer, and then just talk bout themselves again, so whats the point??
... but anyway, nothings wrong with you, guys just dont see YOU cause your shy, and cant figure out your 'signals' or figure out how you really feel about them, and instead just asking you, they give up, and find a girl who they can figure out easier....

one who thinks outside the box, wut i mean is like, one who doesnt always think, "THE GUY HAS TO DO EVERYTHING!" (askin out, askin for date, number ect.) also, one who he can trust wiht little effor, one he can get along with, and last but sure as hell not least, one that cares for him and makes him feel speical
