I used to go to the gym to work out, but i don't have a membership anymore. I walk/jog for 30-45 minutes 4-5x a week already, and I am at a good weight, but i want to tone. What are some good exercises I can do at home (without much equipment) to tone the front and back of my thighs?

Pilates. There is a DVD called "Pick your Spot Pilates" I got mine at Walmart for like $10. It is 10 minutes on abs, 10 on butt and 10 on thighs. You can do one or all three. It is a great workout.

Star jumps are good. =]
squat down alll the way you can and then push off the floor and reach out towards the ceiling. 20x a day or more

!lunges are great to tone the thighs
