I get calls from the number 513-531-3690 all the time. they usually say they are from a survey company called radio ratings and hang up or just speak rudely. they call sometimes more than 5 times a day! They are also able to interrupt a call- If I am speaking to someone on my cell phone and they call, my call will be dropped and i will be connected to them. The company is not affected by the do not call registry because they are not selling anything. What can I do to stop these annoying calls?

You can still request for them to put you on their internal do not call list. You can also file a complaint on the FCC's website, the link is below.

I'd take KIT's suggestion one farther (though it is possible the number is outbound only)...call the number and if you get through to someone, keep calling them over and over and over. Use a phone with unlimited long distance (assuming this number is LD for you) of course...and block your number from their caller ID (usually *67 but check with your provider first). If it works, recruit a bunch of friends to do the same...and if you can, try to use the same tactics (operator interupting their calls)...after you interfere with their business for a while, you can call and offer to "call off your dogs" if they take your number off their list!

Call your local police department and file a report then notify the phone company and they can trace the calls.
