The one I am looking for uses powdered sugar, not granulated and has no eggs... I have misplaced mine!! This is a great cookie for decorating as it holds its shape perfectly! I must have misplaced it when I moved.

but maybe it is similar to the recipe you have and you can just take out the lemon peel??? sorry i couldn't find exactly what you wanted! p.s. it's not on allrecipes.com. i checked.
