A fruit since it comes from a flowering plant's flowers which generates the actual pepper but we all call it a veggie anyway.

Pepper is not a fruit, but if you are not sure, you could also google it, but I'm pretty sure that it's a vegetable.
And it's not something I would love for dinner.
