I do, I love every book, every chapter and every verse. His word is true and sharper than a two edge sword. I love his word, it lives in me.

I love it! The Lord is my Shepherd, Amen!
Jesus also passed His shepherdhood on to St. Peter when 3 times He said, "Feed my sheep." That's why we Catholics call the popes--successors of Peter, the first pope,--vicars of Christ. They are earthly representatives of Christ on earth, and they guide the Church with the help of the Holy Spirit.

And to correct some misunderstandings about Catholic teaching...
Catholics do not worship Mary or the saints.
We do not worship statues.
We do not hold a doctrine of salvation by works.
We do not believe the Pope cannot sin...
etc.

It's the only one I am able to recite. I say it whenever I need comfort from Him.
It was taught to us as young children. I don't remember never knowing it.
I've always marveled that it has the right words and rhythm for its purpose
