I lost a bet with my girlfriend in front of some of her friends, Her forfeit was to stop wearing rollers in bed as I complained that it was like sleeping next to a hedgehog at night, unfortunately my forfeit is for me to sleep overnight in rollers to see how uncomfortable it is,

So ladies how do you sleep in them as she is currently trying to set my hair at the moment.

Gosh ! This is a great eye opener for me, I honestly didn`t think women still went to bed wearing rollers/curlers/various iron-mongery. I s your girl-friend an exception or do other women also do this?

Is your girlfriend 75? Who in their right mind sleeps in rollers in the year 2006?

Very carefully, is really the only answer.

My suggestion to you, my friend, is to buy your girlfriend a nice curling iron for Christmas...get a ceramic one, with ionization, and she won't even be able to complain that the heat damages her hair.

You'll both be more comfortable.

My only suggestion is to sleep in a recliner. Good luck. It sucks

If your hair is long enough for rollers, you need a haircut.

try not to put them directly on the back of your head, make sort a circle so it cushions(so to speak) your head instead of digging into it
