You should find out if he likes you and if he does is he willing to break up with his gf. Be careful how you do it though because this can backfire on you.

If there are no signs other than over just looking at you. He probably thinks of you as a really wonerful friend. But over time if y'all get closer to eachother than he'll be your bf
