whats in a chocolate monkey?

i had this drink called chocolate monkey its really good taste like a milk shake but with alcohol,but i dont know whats in it,i googled it and got this recepie but it didnt taste the same,is there a different one?

1 1/2 fluid ounces vodka
1/2 fluid ounce creme de cacao
1/2 fluid ounce banana liqueur
1 cup ice

SCREAMING CHOCOLATE MONKEY

1 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
3 counts banana syrup
3 squirts chocolate syrup
milk

Shake well and pour over ice, top with cherry or chocolate sprinkles.

CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE MONKEY

1 Shot De Kuyper Crème De Bananes
1 Shot De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
2 Scoops Ice Cream (Vanilla)
2 Teaspoons Chocolate Powder
1 Banana

Method:
Peel the banana. Blend ingredients with crushed ice and serve.
Garnish:
Split banana slice if desired

Alternatively there's this one (which is sans alcohol)

Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate milk (or chocolate soy milk)
1 banana peeled
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions:

Combine in blender until smooth.
