Diet and exercise are great but not the ultimate answer. What is the best way you ask? LIFESTYLE!! You can go to the gym and eat lean cuisine, but if you still drive rather than walk to the store or watch tv for recreation rather than say go dirtbiking you'll stay fat. I live across the street from a woman who goes to the gym 5 days a week and drinks that vile milk in a can. But she still drives her kids to school (2 blocks away) and drives to the store 1 block away to pick up her smokes. She's fat and disgusting 5'2" and about 180lbs. I don't go to the gym, I eat healthy meals and I'm 5'4" and 125lbs. But I'm busy, my house is clean, I walk rather than drive my kid to school, and I love my dirtbike. Change your whole life and your body will transform!

The very best way is to practice counting your calories. Find the amount of calories you need for a person of your gender and height. Set the calorie count that you would need to lose or maintain weight according to this figure. Then start by making a note of everything you eat with the calories contained in that food. When you reach your cut off point, stop eating. At first, this will be a little awkward if you are not used to writing down what you eat and counting your daily calories intake. But in time, it will become second nature. You will be able to stop writing it down and just do it in your head. I have been using this simple system for five years and have never gained a pound over my ideal weight.

Please eat sensibly nourishing food. Chew it slowly at least 32 times each morsel. Take light bending/stretching exercises and at least one hour of brisk walk every day. U will get the body shape and weight what u want in a reasonable time period.

DIET and EXERCISE! Why do people have such a difficult time accepting this simple concept? Shut off your computer, get off your fat butt, and drag yourself to the gym. The gym guy (his name is Jim) will be happy to help you design a program to rid your body of ugly fat and replace it with sleek muscles, but he can't do it if you're sitting in front of your computer eating Twinkies.
