I'm not saying brunettes are ugly, but I'm not a blonde, I'm somewhere in between. But 9 out of 10 times if I ask a guy what hair color he likes, he says brunette. Why? I've notice this brunette craze for the past couple years, it's annoying. And how come nobody ever says light brown?

For those of you calling me an idiot, light brown is like medium brown with like blonde highlights, so you can't classify it, Cuz some people don't know whether I'm blonde or brown and they call me blonde-brown, so there.

Maybe it is just because you are a brunette that they are saying that to you. Brunettes are any shade of brown... I don't really care about their hair color, it is more personality to me, the personality is what makes them beautiful. However, if I did have a choice, I'd probably say Blonde or Black...

Brunette does mean DARK (brown) hair, but people often use it to mean brown hair in general.
Also, they might say brunette because that is the hair color that the majority of people have. So 1, he is used to seeing it constantlyyyy and 2, he's probably a conformist.

You want to know what a older guy thinks? All hair colors are OK there all pretty but there is just something about black or brown (brunettes) that's just plain sexy. I think it is how it makes the woman's eyes and face stand out if you understand what i mean. But' don't misunderstand' bottom line' It's not the hair that matters but what's under it.

i cant tell you why people like brunettes so much, b/c i dont think anybody knows, they just do. however i like light brown too, i like black, and even red sometimes.

ive noticed that as well with the whole brown hair and blue eyes..becuase its different and very rare and theres something about it thats like boom..wow amazing
