Im not obese or anything, but I would like to lose 5 pounds or so just for my own health. Do you know any good work outs that don't take more than 5 min or make we have to buy equipment?

there is no workout that takes less than five minutes. if you want to see results you have to give it the time to get them. pilates is ok, yoga is good, anything that basically works out the part of your body you want to work on is good.

5 min. is no time at all. If you don't want to work out or excises, then cut down on what your eating.

OK, 1 thing to keep in mind--- it depends on if you are top heavy or bottom heavy.

top heavy- use 3 pounds weights, and lots of side twist, and arm lifts.

Bottom heavy, leg lifts, squats, walking, or even power walking. ( looks kinda funny) but it works!
