According to me I am neither the body, mind nor infinite consciousness! I am but a very small part of infinite consciousness.
I am a living soul... of the same essence as God Almighty himself. I have manifested the body that is recognized in Yahoo! Answers as godrealized.
I am an integral part of the whole Cosmos. I was generated when the big bang occurred. Since then I have been manifesting one body after another. Traveling the path of a human body is the last leg of my manifestation.
It is only as a human being that I shall become free forever from the cycle of birth and death. I shall liberate finally one-day after gaining enlightenment and finally seek salvation (aka moksha in Hinduism). It is only then I shall be able to reach the house of God known as kingdom of God (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism).
The essence of me... a soul (aka Atman in Hinduism) has been very aptly described in Katha Upanishad in Hinduism. The dialogues of Nachiketa with Lord Shiva on the different attributes of the soul are world famous and carry great significance in the spiritual world.
For serious seekers of spirituality studying the dialogues of Nachiketa with Lord Shiva on the query, "who am I" is without a parallel. More on who am I here- http://www.godrealized.com/define_atman.html

I am a soul, I have a bodily extension. I guess I'm going with infinite conciousness. I think aspects of my personality are affected by my senses, as are many things I think, so I think that my essential "I" is something beyond a mind.
Like Shrek, I am like an onion (no, not just smelly and hairy) and when you peel away the layers of pain and experience and cultural influence that's the nub of me. Still, maybe I wouldn't be totally me without all that experience. I guess, that life changes the essential me too. So I'm going to leave a little differently to the way I came in.
That's what I think I think anyway. :)

Sorry I can't answer this according to the way you asked it, because I'm not a hindu, so I don't believe in the infinite consciousness, unless we're talking about the Lord Jesus Christ. As for who I am; I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a Christian, a friend, and a lover of life in general!

I am not the body ... it will leave me when I transcend the physical plane. I am not the mind ... it will only accompany me to the mental plane. I am soul. I am infinite consciousness.

Since you only gave me two choices I am the Body which the mind resides in and acts through.
With out you qualifying statement I am a prophetic servant of the One that is creator of all.
