My son only wore hospital gowns when he was 'sick' or had surgery, the rest of the time he wore shorts or flannel pants and a tee shirt (during chemo or tests). For cancer patients, there is often alot of time when they're in the hospital and actually feel okay. My son spent three weeks hospitalized when he had a 'central line' infection. It was low grade (he felt fine) but because it can be life threatening he still had to stay until they could find the type of bacteria it was. So, he really wasn't all that sick, just terribly bored the whole time.
I'd say the majority of time he wore his own comfortable clothes.

They have them wear hospital gowns as I took care of 3 family members all with cancer and they made them wear the gowns.

If that is the united kingdom, you are able to;t keep drawing it. The pension stops if he's in wellness middle. they don't worry even if it really is a few days because it really is basically no longer well worth the place of work paintings, yet over that they offer up paying. i do not imagine they pay it to the wellness middle, they do exactly not pay it to each person. once you've already drawn some, you've 2 thoughts. both tell them about what occurred and need they believe you, or tell them he basically went in. they are going to very almost absolutely want the money again.

Cancer pts wear a variety of things. Sometimes they get pretty wild, and sometimes they just wear one of our hospital gowns.
I had a cancer pt who wore bright pink pajamas with the rubber soles on the feet and a bright pink nite cap. I had one cancer pt decide to go it in the nude. He always slept in the nude and continued to think it was hospital appropriate.

If a patient is having a bone marrow transplant or induction chemotherapy for leukemia, they are sometimes encouraged to wear their own clothes (comfy pajamas or track suit).
Some long-term patients wear scrubs (like the doctors do).
Others actually do wear the johnnies for the entire time.

Most wear hospital gowns, but the more with-it ones who can still take care of themselves sometimes bring PJ's or a robe from home.

my daughter was in and out for nearly 6 months.(sometimes spending 3 weeks straight) She is 7 and it was a fasion house for her, she wore her own p'js and nighties. On days she felt really good, she got dressed in her own clothes. And then there were the days we had to do makeup and glitter eye brows.
