Is it possible that words are not only shells, but that words are shells that mean something and actually the way they are said and thought about creates life and that life can change even from a different way of elaborating words within our lives into a better or worse life? Image? Isn't each of our lives part of a Bigger book of words, all of them combined being all of the Words of God?

Logos is the written word of God. Rhema is the spoken work of God.......... And yes, there is Power of life and death in the tongue. You can speak life or speak death.

I believe that everyones names are written in the books of life. But some get blotted out.

I think you are seeing the power in the Word of God. We are also given power by what we speak. We reap what we sow. We have the power of life or death in what we say.

Sow life. Speak the positive. Speak Gods written promises. Claim the victory. Speak blessing over you and yours. Cast down any lies or false accusations. Cast down thoughts exalting self above knowledge of God. Speak the Truth.

God created everything with faith fill words. So also, we have victory by what we say. If we say the revealed Word of God abiding in Gods love & faith, then we receive that promise.

John 5:39
You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is they that bear witness about me,

-The Bible is God's written word- but Jesus is the "word" of God- The gospel of Christ. Jesus is ALIVE though- and The bible bears witness of Him- and teaches those who Love Him and are saved in Him...it is our guide and instruction and we abide by it- it is how God communicates to us. Every scripture is indeed powerful too- But God is not a Bible- God is all Spirit- The Bible is His written word. We are saved through Jesus Christ- not saved by the Bible.

I am a poet.

My life is set in my words.

I believe in no god, but in some sort of greater connection.
