When I was 6 I swallowed some orange seeds while eating oranges.
My older sister convinced me I will be growing a lemon tree soon enough.
It's been 15 years so no tree yet.
I think you'll be OK.

Yes I've actually studied this phenomenon for years. It's called inter-abdominal germination and can become a very dangerous condition. The vines of the grape plant will crawl up the stomach lining and tear it. The best thing to do if you have swallowed a grape seed is to swallow weed killer and bleach immediately and then induce vomiting.

If a tree grows in your stomach dear heart, which is something out of the imaginable, dear Heart, it will not hurt but you will have to drink a lot of water for it to grow. Please do not be offended and tell your brother you will let him have free grapes from your harvest when the time comes.
Be kind to him for he couldn't do the same!

No it won't hurt because a tree won't grow in your stomach.
By the way, if you ever swallow a watermelon seed, don't believe that a watermelon will grow either.

Ummm, your brother is yanking your chain, you WILL NOT grow a tree in your stomach from swallowing a seed.

When i was 4 years old I swallowed water melon seeds. My dad told me in 9 months I would have a watermelon baby. I am 52 never happened.
Tell your brother grapes grow on vines duh not trees.

A tree doesn't have enough time to grow in your stomach, look in the toilet. The acid in your stomach likes salad anyways.

First of all grapes grow on vines not trees. Secondly, no a vine will not grow in your stomach.

No! it will come out when you go to the bath room. Same thing if you swallow a coin. its no big deal!
