Isn't there a mountain of reasonable doubt, if not an entire mountain range the size of the himalayas?

Maybe it wouldn't... but juries have been known to convict innocent people and to free the guilty. They don't always get it right.

What type of evidence would be allowed? If they are only allowed the holy book, then yes.
If the Jury was allowed to view the facts, then no.

A jury of all Christians or mixed beliefs? The Christians would be biased. The mixed beliefs would not.

Yes, because court always urge you to swear by the holy bible and in dollars bill , it is written " In God we trust". If the court doesn't agree with such existence, there will not be reference to God officially like that.

there wouldn't even be enough for it to survive a motion to dismiss, much less a motion for summary judgement for it to even reach a jury.
