It is not the bone of the knee that makes it fat. It is fat! The thigh muscles surrond the knee and it is very possible to tone them by squatting or lunges or running. When they are nice and tight the knee will look better.

U can strengthen knees and tone them by some ankle weights.
Your knee is more than just a bone, it has tendons,liagaments and all.
Its like your elbow
