I am a fourth year swimmer. I keep trying to find things that will give me energy. I know carbs will help give me energy and I always look for food with allot of carbs. I was just wondering is there anything else I should eat? I'm looking for food that will give me energy and is good for a swimmer to eat.

i find rattle snakes work exellantly, but the garder snake tend to wiggle too mcuh when they go down. just dont try taking any water snakes into the pool with you. and if your really hungry, try a boa

Well I was in houstan and i was so tired ive always been tired and i was with this asian girl i seen something her uncle was cooking it was like a rice soup it has 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup rice 2 cups water let it cook for about 20 mins YOU WILL FRREAK OUT GO CRAZY WITH BEING HYPER
