God is not a physical entity. It is a cluster of pure energy. It exists in the whole of Cosmos in form of individual souls (aka atmans in Hinduism) scattered all over the Cosmos.

We very well understand that none can see God yet all can feel his presence like the smell of a flower. Similarly none can see their soul that resides in the heart of one. We also need to remember that it is our soul that has manifested this body and not vice versa. No body can ever inherit a soul.

Whenever we worship god... we start feeling his presence depending upon the power of our prayers. And why do we feel so... It is for the simple reason that Almighty God is already present within our body in miniscule form in the form of a soul inside our heart.

If God is a completed puzzle then all individual souls are individual parts of the puzzle. In essence... the property of every individual soul (aka Atman in Hinduism) is exactly similar to the properties of God. None can differentiate between God and an individual soul... only that the powers of God are much greater than an individual soul.

If a grain of wheat is an individual soul... then the whole mound of wheat is God Almighty himself. The definition of God is absolutely clear. It is always present in the heart of every living being represented by the soul within our heart.

Now the presence of the soul within the heart is a very important affair in the life of every living being. Why... For in the absence of the soul... every body would decay and die. And that is why every heart is termed as the throne of the mighty King (soul)... for our true inner self (the soul itself) resides there.

This concept of heart being the throne, the seat of soul atman is explicitly defined in the Sacred Bhagavad Gita... the doctrine put forward by Lord Krishna in the battlefield of Mahabharata.
