I just read a recipe that calls for 2 1/2 tsp of "Baby Bam" - I have never heard of this ingredient before.

3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme

You must be reading an Emerill book and Baby Bam, I'm assuming, means a not a full "BAM," but just a little bam of spices, or flavor, or heat. You never know, his bams are all over the place.
