I was in class and this guy comes up to me and he tells me that i got a nice body and do i work out. Do you think he's gay? And if so, how do i tell him that i'm not interested in him and i dont swing that way?

Maybe he is being REALLY nice.LOL! I wouldn't say anything unless he like says something gayish. like want to go out or wut eva. Then definitely say something, but if he just said that one thing, then i wouldn't worry about it. but that is my opinion. If you feel like it is really bugging you, then say some thing. Good Luck

I don't see where he asked you to kiss him. Fergawdssakes, maybe he just asked an innocent question. You must have said something as this happened already. Best response is to be cool, tell him name of your gym, and then add " My girlfriend is a fitness expert so I get loads of encouragement." Period. That says you are straight without being insulting and without making the wrong assumption. If he was just asking an honest question , like maybe he's new in town and couldn't think of anything else to say to get to meet new people, then by saying you don't "swing that way" you might embarrass him.

I totally agree with KimberlyH's suggestion for how to handle it. It's a great way to include that the target is girls in the "thank you" that everyone else is suggesting.

That being said, I don't know many guys who say this kind of thing, so yes, he probably is gay.

My boyfriend is the same way,and not to sound prejudiced, but this one guy was always hitting on him non stop so my boyfriend said to him "tell me when you have sex does the smell of *** and **** permeate throughout the room". That was the last time this guy hit on my bf...I dont know why but hes a magnet for men.,

Maybe or he just wanted to know what you did to stay in good shape and might have wanted to know what type of exercises you do. Don't read too much into it.... yet. If he keeps making personal comments about your body, face or hair, then the old gaydar should go off and you can tell him then.

I don't think he's gay, but it was a clumsy come-on. Guys don't compliment strangers unless they're try to get somewhere with them.
If he asks you out, just say no thank you and leave it at that. If he keeps on asking, keep saying no.

I do not think he is gay, while because gay guys look at other men and not ladies. It is just a pick up line.Tell him thank you but you are not interesting.

Don't bother trying to figure out his sexual orientation, if he ever mentions your body again, just answer, "yea, I work out, just trying to attract the girls"', that way he Will know which way you swing.

Do you try to make yourself look good only for yourself? What did he say that was so offensive? Men can be attractive/handsom without being sex objects. Don't take it for granted that he's after your body unless he does more. Then, all you need to do is say "No, thanks. That's not my style." Then, let it lie. No harm done. No further need of comment to him or others.

He might be gay. Did he ask you out? Until then you don't need to tell him you're not interested. Be flattered!
