Yes. Anyone in the military can recieve the Medal of Honor if they have accomplished something worthy of this Medal. Not too many people have received it. Basically this is like doing Rambo stuff and risking your neck to save others in combat.

yes, anyone can receive the medal of honor....the two soldiers that died by risking their lives to save a downed helo pilot...the movie black hawk down had those two medal of honor winners in it....

NO THEY CANNOT - army reg AR910-20 clearly states "ANY AND ALL MEDALS,RIBBONS and AWARDS will go to JOHN WAYNE (if the soldier is SF) or CHUCK NORRIS (if DELTA FORCE)
