No. All an atheist is saying is that they don't believe in God. One could be an atheist and still not believe in science.

Religion is belief in a Higher Power and/or the Supernatural. Science deals with the physical world, the Natural world. So, no, science is not a religion. Atheism is NOT a religion.

Science is not a religion. Scientists do not worship a deity or concept, do not have a specific moral code, and they do not assemble and preach in religious matters concerning faith.
However, atheism is a religion, as the atheists have to believe there is no God. However, what you are trying to say is pointless, because it does not make sense. Science is science.

Huh?? i imagine I agree w/ you, yet i'm not particular what you're putting forward. in spite of the indisputable fact that the ingredient that seperates faith and technology is the idea upon which ea. is assumed. specifically, faith says to have self belief the doctrine on faith, in spite of what any experience or statement may lead you to have self belief. technology is in simple terms the alternative - it invites ppl to go back up w/ plausible motives for said phenomena, i.e. hypothesis, then calls for checks, i.e. experiments, to attempt those motives. Then, once a attempt/attempt has been done and the end result said, the total procedure is printed in peer-reviewed journals, inviting others to repeat suggested attempt. If distinct checks are repeated with the help of alternative scientists following a similar proceedures, with a similar result, the hypothesis is asserted to were shown - for the instantaneous. compared to faith, technology is continually open to new conclusions, even those that dispute previously believed theories, see you later because the hot perception passes the technique defined above. Unfortunatley, too many people ought to rather turn their beliefs over to others to substantiate in preference to employing their own reasoning powers that evolution bestowed upon them. See Iraq, Iran, Christian fundamentalism the following, the Spanish Inquisition, practice up destiny.....

No, science neither proves nor disproves that God exists. Science is not a religion. There are scientists who believe in God. Science deals with natural law not the "supernatural."

Science and Atheism have nothing to do with one another.
Science is a method of understanding the world through observations and experiments.
Atheism is a lack of belief in god.
One has nothing to do with the other.

Nope. Atheism is a religion that believes only in the self and that there is no God at all and no devil. That's why they all love Freud!
Aethiests love to claim Albert Einstein/Stephen Hawkings and other scientists as their as one of there own and nothing is further from the truth!

Um, no. Atheism is the absence of belief in a god or gods. That's the only requirement. On every other issue, atheists can vary widely.

Science only deals with phenomena that could be checked and experiments that can be reproduced and observed under controlled circumstances. Theories shall be confirmed by facts.
Religions are based quite simply on faith.
