my family and i are having all these dreams about my older sister (22) being pregnant she already has a 3 year old and me and my mom keep getting this feeling she's going to get pregnant could this mean shes going to have a baby

Dreams are from our subconscious mind. In your case, I guess you and your family keep talking about having a sibling for your older sister's 3 year old. That is like a desire from you. So you subconsciously dream about it and wish that your sister is getting another baby for the 3 year old. It is normal if you want something and talk about it all the time in daily life.
Perhaps, you feel that your sister need to have more children, or more responsibilities in some sense.

Dreams don't really mean anything..they are collective thoughts and worries that our subconcious minds try to work out at night when we are sleeping..really I worry too much about it.. very normal and doesnt really mean anything other than its on your mind...
