I think the people who come up with the tests tend to be smarter than the druggies who attempt to beat them. That means it will not be passed by someone doing drugs.

it's really not that hard, you don't do drugs and spit in the cup they give you. kind of a no-brainer. and if you are using, then you will probably get caught, and rightfully so
