These binoculars have to see into a long distance. At least 100x100. I really don't know where to find it or what company. Can I get some help?

if you are wanting to see long distances your best option is a spotting scope on a tripod. This will be far more stable than any binocs and will have higher magnification. Many of the same companies will make spotting scopes. If you are stuck on binocs and money is not a factor Nikon, or Swarovski are the best. If money is a factor Bushnell's are good quality for the money, but are no where near the clarity of a Nikon or Swarovski.

I would have to go with the Steiner also. You will not, however find any in 100x100 (100 power with a 100mm objective lens). The largest they make is the 20x80, which is QUITE big. Bring lots of $$$

Leupold and Swavorski are good, make sure the field side of the scope has a large lens, like 40, 50mm or larger. I got a $50 busnell, 7-15x25MM and they dont do good due to the small lens not letting in enough light.

If price is no object, go to Steiner,Lieca,Leupold ,Swarovski ect.Mid-range is Nikon, Pentax, Redfield, Wind River(Leupold)and upper range Bushnel.Low range is a turkey shoot but check out the distance detail and light gathering ability. These become a factor in cheap glass. Most of your spotting will be in low lite...get the best you can afford.

Look under Consumer Reports on the internet......they have information on everything. If you can't get them on the internet for free....go to a library and look up some Consumer reports magazines and find binoculars........they should have the latest information on them.
