A 1 session with a hypnosist or an "NLP" practioneer would do ... the easiest way to .. you may not be able to handle this situation !!!

Oh my gosh! I can't believe how quickly people respond to questions saying "seek therapy" or "take them to a doctor". There is such a thing as self-help and I think this situation is perfect for it.

If no one had told her that something broke at her Dad's house, she would've never have tried to tie the two instances together in the first place. She needs to make that detachment from the two incidents and get over it. This was nothing more than a coincidence or a mere hallucination.

You have to tell your gf it was just a coincidence. People drop things all the time, everywhere. It could easily have been someone else dropping something around the same time her dad did. Also, be sure to spend lots of time with her. If she knows you're there for her, she won't be nearly as scared, and hopefully will start to eat. Good luck :)

tell her its ok eating will help calm her. Many people know what is going to happen before it happens. I was on vacation on the back of a bike when I heard (good bye) I kept moving my head to see if the wind would catch my helmet and make that sound again. When I got home 3 days latter I called my parents house (out of state) and ask who died and the said they just got back from my grandmothers funeral. There is no reason to fear the unusual

what exactly is it she's scared of?

Broken glass? The sound of broken glass?

What? She thinks she's psychic? Coincidence my friend. That's it. And how would she know that at the same time, something broke 10 miles from where she was at anyways?

Is this a sudden behavior change? Call your doctor and tell him or her what's happening. If your girlfriend is uncontrollable or unreasonable, call the emergency room at the hospital or the local crisis center. You can usually find the phone number for the crisis center on the first page of your phone book.

Seek help from a doctor/therapist. If you don't want to go that far, you have to sit down with her and talk about it. Let her do most of the talking to explain why it scared her so much, and why it still scares her. Sounds serious if it makes her sick...

Ok tell her its going to be fine and tell her to eat you cant force her, but you can take her to a phyciotrist for help , tell her it might of just been a cuinsidence, and then she might clam down. take her to her favorite restourant and then she will probably eat, hypnotise her or sometin make her listen to you. be a little demanding, and tell her what you think of the situation.
