IF THIS RETAINER WAS MADE BY YOUR DENTIST, THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE.IF IT'S AN OLD RETAINER, ANY ADJUSTMENT DONE BY ANOTHER DENTIST WOULD INCUR A CHARGE.
IF THE RETAINER DOES NOT FIT BECAUSE IT'S BEEN SEVERAL YEARS, YOU MIGHT TO HAVE ANOTHER ONE MADE AND THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THAT ONE.

It depends, is it a retainer that you can take out? If it is, then they should be able to do it right at the dentists office. If is not i'm not sure. You might have to pay a fee for the dentist visit unless you have insurance.
