LMAO! That list is as ridiculous as it is horrible.

I like the "example" of the Titanic dude that said even God couldn't sink this ship... the list implies that God's reaction was then,

"Oh yeah! Well I'll just kill all kinds of people, even kids, and that'll show you not to say I can't sink a ship! And YES! I AM that petty! SO nah!"

the Beatles album was selling like hotcakes... was on the top ten for the longest in history, a reported asked the beatles , all of them, that they must be popular.. John replied, More popular than Jesus.., was just a quirk of a thing to say. It started a sourthern Babtist's Beatles burning party all through the souther United States. He apologzed later, but it was still taken badly.. Hence the devil music of the beatles and ignorance as such.

A number of years after his death a musical about The Beatles was due on the London stage. The young man who was selected to play the part of John Lennon was later refused that part. The reason?
His name was Mark Chapman.
The man who killed John Lennon was also named Mark Chapman.
Coincidence?

Yes. Why did God wait ten years to gun him down? Besides, doesn't God forgive? Lennon apologized for it (actually, the quote was taken out of context).

I would be more likely to be inclined that the Alabama radio station leading a major Beatles boycott & record burning was being punished by God. While they were doing it, lightning struck their antenna and knocked them off the air.

Lennon apologized and further explained his statement, it was totally innocuous and trivial. Are you insinuating or suggesting that in retribution Jesus or God had something to do with the actions of the mentally unbalanced psycho killer that gunned down John Lennon? Preposterous!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the guy that shot Lennon was a massive fan of the Beatles. And if he's killing someone he can hardly claim to be on the side of Jesus.

No rather it is a proof. If they were not more popular then they would have been declared heretics and crucified or some modern equivalent. The quote refers to the idea that gaining any sort of acclaim during your own life time is a very rare and amazing thing.

Yeah- but he was being sarcastic. His meaning was that people were fanatical about the beatles and worshiped them as one worships Jesus... they were more popular than Jesus because the people made it that way.

His killer had a strange obsession with him.
I don't think it had anything to do with his 'Jesus' remark.

Yes. He died. We all will. But, he backpedaled, after wards...trying to take it back, explain it to the public. But, still, we all just see those 5 words.

Although they are certainly unpleasant in God's view, they had exhibited more of what it is meant when it is said that we were created in God's image. Their creativity was unparalleled.
