What will happen if I spend a week eating different foods but for Dinner I have the same things for a week.( Egg White Wheat sandwhich, chocolatemilk(ovaltine) and corn on the cob) What will happen?

It will not harm your health but you may get tired of eating the same thing over and over again.

Nothing will happen. If you work out consistently the protein will help with your muscle mass. Other then that you'll just never want to see any of those foods ever again

chew the corn very well or a corn cob will fall out of your *** big time and you'll will have a child and the worlds first *** surgrey on tv

Nothing. What did you expect would happen?

The meal you're describing has little nutrition, but then neither does fast food. You won't get more healthy, but you're not doing your body any favors either.

you'd get sick of egg whites, i can tell you that! even though i don't understand why you would, what is your purpose is for eating that way? is it just something to do, or are you trying to lose weight? the question doesn't make much sense to me.

if you eat enough greens, fruits, and lean protein during the day you'll be fine. worse thing that can happen is you get bored.

no one can answer this question! the results will be different for every person! depends on your metabolism, your activity level, lots of things!
