i currently weigh 133 and wanna go down to 125 will my tummy get flatter? (i have a LITTLE belly fat that i think i can lose if i lose some weight but not too much)

don't lose anymore wait/ do sit ups ... it is the only way to get a falt tummy!

Well for starters u can change ur running or walking into interval training. Break up ur meals from 3 to, 5 to 6 times. workout a little bit, because the fat around the wasitline is the hardest to take out since they are the body's main reserve for energy. By dieting u cannot burn this fat. the easier way is to workout a little bit. the more mmuscle u gain the more fat it burns. so for the same amount of food that u eat more fat gets burned. do a lot exercises that involves the abdominal muscles. Yeah! The key to a flat tommy is exercising the stomach muscles and lossing weight.

Im 121 and its still hard for me to keep my tummy flat :)

Loosing weight is not the solution...It's only the begining...When you start your diet(or whatever you're going to do) you have to start doing exercises too...This is the only way...

we have no way of knowing this, it will be different for everyone. Genetics determines where you store extra fat and where your body takes fat from first. ITs different for everyone.

Just do situps every other day til your belly goes down
