LOL...he probably feels like he looks different too! I bet he looks younger even! Change is always a little awkward at first but it passes quickly. Laugh, joke, whatever...it's still Dad...he didn't change right...just his upper lip! Guys facial air grows fast too...does he like it? Will he be growing it back? I think you'll survive. My father shaved his beard when I was a teenager, something I had never seen him without. It was weird for a few days, but I got over it. I did not classify it as a crisis worthy of a support system. Good luck!
