i been looking for one but i cant find one

There certainly is, seeing as Mac is trying to take over the PC world. Why would anyone want their PC to look like a Crap er uh Mac??? If you want a Mac, buy a Mac, don't disgrace a PC by forcing it to look like an inferior machine.

In other words, yes there are programs that will do it, most of them are expensive & not worth the time, effort or trouble you are bound to run into. I do not advise doing this at all. Leave your PC alone.
