Do I have an anxiety problem? I don't enjoy home-time when I am at home... It makes me upset sometimes as well... What should I do? How do I forget about work when I am not there?

Just remember the rules...never bring work home and never bring home problems to work.
Find a hobby or start readin or writin a book or diary.
Enjoy time at home, your home is your castle.

Nobody can tell you to just not think about it.

I found that if you hate the job, your worried about things to do with the job, people don't treat you right at the job, or if things just arn't going right at the job, then this tends to happen.

If things are going right or smoothly at work, you won't think about it when your not there. The problem lies at work, not at home.
