You will achieve a "flat belly" through diet and exercise. Dancers, runners, swimmers, cyclists are all known for having flat bellies. Fint an activity that you enjoy that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle.

As far as how long it takes. . .it depends on where you are starting from.

I just want to say that alot of girls can't get a perfectly flat belly because they have internal organs ;) If you have a little bump, but you are skinny, don't sweat it. Some guys kinda like that :)

Lol, I haven't heard the information introduced this way, but yes I am aware of the "good fats." I eat a handful of walnuts or almonds everyday. I just finished a jar of olives but I also add olive oil to OJ as well. Thanks for the site. When did your hair turn gray?

ATTENTION: Ab workouts don't burn fat. You can't "convert" fat into muscle in specific areas. You have to do aerobic (cardio) exercise like running, swimming, bicycling, etc. to burn fat...and even then, it comes off evenly all over. You can do situps to tone the muscle, but unless you do cardio, that muscle will just be hidden under the fat.

i have never been fat in my life, unless u count being a baby. and i maintain my shape by not eating a lot. unless i eat out, and i only eat out once a week average. and i do sports, and i participate in gym class... it's pretty easy to maintain it. it just may be a little challenging to lose weight. but good discipline and will power always helps. =P
