There is very regular bus service from Bergamo Airport to Milano Centrale station. The trip takes sixty-five minutes and costs seven euros one-way, or twelve for a return ticket. I've taken this bus and it's the easiest way. There is a train from Bergamo (city, not airport), but it's a pain in the butt to get from the airport to the train station.

The Orio al Serio airport is connected directly to the A4 Milan-Venice Motorway by taking the Bergamo and the Seriate exits. There are signs indicating the airport after the toll-gate, and from there it is a few minutes drive to Orio al Serio.
There is only one terminal
