Any place that carries a decent selection of wine will carry plum wine. You will find it by the specialty wines like port, sherry, and vermouth.
Asian grocery stores will carry a wider variety.

It's available in the grocery store wine section here. Liquor stores should have it too. Asian markets as well. And of course, there's online retailers.

Dunno which part of the country you live in, but if you are in California or Oregon, there's a comprehensive Asian supermarket chain called Ranch99 that carries all sorts of Asian items. Just google "ranch99" for website.
