Well headaches can be caused in alot of ways
- Fatigue
- When you strain your eyes alot this could be things like staying on the computer alot, or when your trying to read something where there isn't much light.
- Stress can be the major culprit for a headache when there's alot on your mind it's adding pressure?

because the blood vessels in your head expand and contract (caused from a number of things like the blood rushing to your head from turning your head upside down, or from things that make you dizzy)
basically, your blood vesself begin to expand, creating pressure between your brain and skull (this is wear the term "pounding headache comes from) sometimes it feels like it's throbbing
anyways, meds like advil and ibruprofen take your headaches away because they relax the nerves and vessels in your head, which allow them to contract. this takes away the pressure feeling.
