First, take a big gulp of water (some pills are not to be taken with milk or soda, etc). Pop the pill in your mouth and take another big gulp the pill goes right on down! I take four aspirin at a time and never notice because of the large volume of water I drink. Hope this helps!

What do you mean?
Like the menstruation cycle pill? Do you need details on how it all works?
Or just a normal pill?
