Swimming & Running

Swimming works every muscle in your body, and it's one of the few sports that truly does.

Running is hell, but it does the job, especially if your looking for great legs. Run around 3 or so miles every day and you'll be set.

running, aerobics, dancing. if you want to incorporate weights and don't want to buy expensive dumbells, use filled water bottles with sand or water of various sizes as hand weights. Yoga is also great! the site below has practices on line for free with simple and easy explanation! Vinyasa yoga can be very challenging and is the best workout period, in my opinion.
